Terms & Policies

These Terms govern all membership and subscription products, all drop-in session purchases, and all session package and camp purchases made through Elite Tek Soccer ("we," "us," "our"). Sections 01–03 apply to subscriptions (the Gold, Silver, and Bronze memberships and the Homeschool Program), sections 04–05 apply to drop-in sessions, section 06 applies to session packages and camps, and sections 07–09 apply to all purchases. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Subscription Terms

Payment and Billing

Your subscription is billed automatically every month on the same calendar day as your original purchase date, using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge that payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed, including for unused time, partial billing periods, or dissatisfaction with the service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 14 calendar days before your next renewal date.

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your renewal date will not stop the upcoming charge. Your subscription will renew for the next billing period as scheduled, and that payment will remain non-refundable.

Drop-In Session Policy

Drop-In Purchases

All drop-in session purchases are final and non-refundable. A drop-in purchase is valid only for the specific session date selected at the time of purchase, and cannot be transferred, credited, or applied toward a future session.

Eligible Programs

This policy applies exclusively to eligible Elite Tek Soccer programs listed on our website. Private training sessions are excluded and are not available for purchase under the drop-in policy.

Session Packages & Camps

Package and Camp Purchases

All session package and camp purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes multi-session packages (such as Mini Elites and Beginners Sessions) and holiday or seasonal camps. No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be issued for sessions or camp days that are missed.

General

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your subscription will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the Subscription Terms, the Drop-In Session Policy, and the Session Packages & Camps policy as applicable to your purchase.
